This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors pursuing a post-high-school education in all fields of study. Applicants must reside in one of the nine Elk County Townships (Benezette, Fox, Highland, Horton, Jay, Jones, Millstone, Ridgway or Spring Creek). Applicants are encouraged to attend one of their local monthly township meetings. Applications must be signed by one township supervisor and are due by APRIL 23rd. Scholarship will be paid directly to your college/university.
